These terms of sale govern the sale of admission tickets to LA TEUF nights, organized by LA TEUF ÉLECTRONIQUE (the "organizer") in Lomé (Togo) and Cotonou (Benin).
They apply to any order placed on lateufelectronic.com. Tickets can still be sold on site on the night, subject to availability.
By confirming an order, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.
Prices are in CFA francs (FCFA). Capacity is limited to 160 people per night.
Early bird: 3,000 FCFA, 60 tickets, on sale from three weeks to one week before the night, while the quota lasts.
Standard: 5,000 FCFA, 100 tickets, on sale from one week before the night (or as soon as the early birds sell out) until the night.
An order includes at most 10 tickets.
A group discount is applied automatically to the standard ticket: −10% from 5 tickets, −15% from 8 tickets, −20% for 10 tickets.
Promo codes do not apply to early birds. They cannot be combined with the group discount: the most favorable discount is applied.
As soon as the form is submitted, the tickets are held for 10 minutes. Without payment within this time, the reservation is cancelled and the tickets are put back on sale.
The buyer can cancel the reservation and return to the form at any time before payment.
The order is final only once payment is confirmed.
Payment is made online by Mobile Money (Flooz, T-Money, MTN, Moov) or by Visa or Mastercard card, through the secure Kkiapay platform. A robot check is required before payment.
If a payment is received when tickets are no longer available, notably after the reservation has expired, it is refunded.
After payment, each place produces an electronic ticket with a unique QR code, sent by email and WhatsApp to the details provided. The buyer checks that this information is correct.
The QR code is single-use: only the first scan at the entrance is accepted. The buyer must not share or copy the ticket; the organizer is not responsible for the use of a QR code shared by the buyer.
If a ticket is not received, the buyer contacts the organizer.
The ticket grants access to the night on the date and at the venue shown, within the venue's capacity.
The organizer may refuse entry to or remove anyone who does not follow the rules of the night, notably respect for others and their boundaries.
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except if the organizer cancels the night: they are then refunded.
If the night is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
The information requested when ordering (name, email, WhatsApp number, country) is used to process the order and send the tickets. How it is handled is detailed in the privacy policy.
